At Kerala Palace Restaurant, our Biryani is prepared with whole aromatic spices including cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, and star anise, along with a unique combination of fried onions, cashews, and raisins that give it its characteristic sweet-savoury balance.

Available with Chicken, Mutton, Beef, or Vegetable, our Kerala Biryani is cooked on a low flame using the dum technique — sealed with a tight lid to allow the flavours to meld together slowly.
